Job summary

United Energy Workers Healthcare is seeking dedicated PRN Registered Nurses to join our team as 1099 Independent Contractors, delivering compassionate in-home care to energy workers and their families.

As an In-Home Health Care RN, you will conduct assessments, educate patients and families, assist with ADLs, coordinate with Case Managers and physicians, document in EMR, and provide emotional support. Active RN license, BLS, and ability to travel required.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of practice.
• Current BLS Certification.
• Willingness to travel to patients' homes.
• Pass a state & federal background check and hold malpractice insurance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough in-home assessments and deliver personalized care.
• Educate patients and families on health maintenance and disease prevention.
• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) as needed with dignity.
• Coordinate care with Case Managers and physicians; document in EMR.
• Monitor patient status and report changes promptly; provide emotional support.
