United Energy Workers Healthcare is seeking Registered Nurses to join as 1099 Independent Contractors, providing in-home health care to energy workers in their homes. This role offers flexibility, independent practice, and the opportunity to build meaningful patient relationships.

Responsibilities include thorough home assessments, patient education, ADL support, medication administration, and coordination with case managers. A compassionate, patient-centered approach is essential.

Formación

• Active RN license in the state of practice.
• Willingness to travel to patients' homes.
• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Current BLS certification.
• Able to pass state and federal background checks.
• Malpractice insurance is required.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking with empathy.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct thorough home health assessments and provide personalized care.
• Educate patients and families on health maintenance and disease prevention.
• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) with dignity.
• Coordinate schedules with patients according to plan of care.
• Monitor patient symptoms and report changes promptly.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Communicate with Case Managers and physicians for a unified plan.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation in the EMR.
• Provide emotional support to patients and families.
