Youth Villages, Inc. is seeking a PRN Community-Based Counselor to provide in-home, family‑oriented mental health support. The role involves working with youth and families, conducting sessions, and coordinating with other providers to create a collaborative treatment plan.

• Master’s degree in a related field is preferred.
• Experience with at‑risk youth or families is desired.

Mansioni

• Carries a small caseload as assigned by supervision.
• Holds individual and family sessions with each family 3 times a week.
• Drives up to 60–80 miles to meet with families in their homes and communities.
• Completes accurate documentation in an EMR system.
• Attends meetings for professional development to enhance clinical skills.
