Youth Villages is seeking a Family Intervention Specialist to provide intensive in-home support to families, helping maintain family integrity and reduce out-of-home placements. The role involves frequent travel to families, 3 weekly sessions, and coordination with courts and providers.

Qualifications include a Master’s or Bachelor’s in social services, with a preference for clinical experience and work with at-risk youth. Flexible scheduling and growth opportunities are offered.

Competenze

• Master’s degree in a social services discipline preferred
• Bachelor's degree in a social services discipline required
• Experience working with at-risk youth and their families preferred
• Clinical experience preferred

Mansioni

• Carries a caseload of 4–6 families.
• Conducts individual and family sessions 3 times per week.
• Performs ongoing youth assessments from a strength-based perspective.
• Attends weekly meetings for professional development and supervision.
• Drives up to 60–80 miles to meet families in homes and communities.
• Collaborates with other providers and courts to plan treatment.
• Provides on-call crisis support and documents in EMR.
• Maintains timely documentation and performs other duties as assigned.
