Zusammenfassung

Youth Villages seeks a Family Intervention Specialist to support youth and families in their homes and communities. You will manage a caseload, conduct regular individual and family sessions, and collaborate with courts and caseworkers to plan treatment.

Travel is required to meet families, with on-call crisis support and ongoing professional development. A master’s in a social service discipline is preferred, with a bachelor’s as a minimum, plus strong communication skills.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in a social services discipline is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in a social services discipline is required.
• Experience working with at-risk youth and families is preferred.
• Clinical experience is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written, verbal, and oral communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Carries a caseload of 4 to 6 families.
• Holds individual and family sessions 3 times a week.
• Attends 3 weekly meetings for professional development.
• Drives up to 60–80 miles to meet families at home.
• Provides on-call crisis support to youth and family.
• Documents in an electronic medical record (EMR) system.
