Varco Home Health, Hospice and Homecare is seeking a PRN Physical Therapy Assistant to provide one-on-one in-home therapy in Spring, TX and surrounding areas. You will work under the direction of a Physical Therapist to help patients improve mobility and independence.

The role offers a flexible, self-managed schedule with meaningful, patient-focused care and a steady patient volume. Texas PTA licensure is required, with home health experience preferred and EMR experience desirable.

Formación

• Active Texas PTA license (required)
• Home health experience preferred
• Strong communication and patient care skills
• Ability to work independently in a home setting
• Reliable transportation & license
• Kinnser/WellSky EMR experience (preferred)

Responsabilidades

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction of a Physical Therapist
• Assist patients with exercises to improve strength, mobility, and balance
• Monitor patient progress and report changes to the supervising PT
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safety
• Document visits accurately and in a timely manner
• Support patient goals and functional independence
