Job summary

Varco Home Health is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant for PRN home-health visits in the Spring, TX area. You’ll provide one-on-one therapy in patients’ homes, helping improve mobility and independence, with a flexible, self-managed schedule.

The role requires an active Texas PTA license, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently. Kinnser/WellSky EMR experience is a plus, and a reliable vehicle is expected.

Qualifications

• Active Texas PTA license required
• Home health experience preferred
• Strong communication and patient care skills
• Ability to work independently in a home setting

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction of a Physical Therapist
• Assist patients with exercises to improve strength, mobility, and balance
• Monitor patient progress and report changes to the supervising PT
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safety
• Document visits accurately and in a timely manner
• Support patient goals and functional independence
