Job summary

Varco Home Health is seeking a Texas-licensed PTA to provide one-on-one therapy in patients’ homes on a PRN basis. You’ll help patients improve mobility, regain independence, and enhance quality of life through hands-on physical therapy.

This role offers flexibility to support work-life balance or additional income. Responsibilities include implementing treatments under a PT, guiding exercises, tracking progress, and educating patients and caregivers on home programs and safety.

Qualifications

• Texas PTA license is required.
• Experience in home health is preferred.
• Excellent communication and patient care skills.
• Ability to work independently in a home setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction of a Physical Therapist.
• Assist patients with exercises to improve strength, mobility, and balance.
• Monitor patient progress and report changes to the supervising PT.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safety.
• Document visits accurately and in a timely manner.
• Support patient goals and functional independence.
