Job summary

Varco Home Health in Texas is seeking a licensed PTA for one-on-one therapy in patients' homes on a PRN basis. You'll work under the direction of a Physical Therapist to support mobility, independence, and quality of life.

This role offers a flexible, self-managed schedule and meaningful patient care across a variety of settings, with consistent patient volume.

Ideal candidates will have Texas PTA license, strong communication, and the ability to work independently with reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Active Texas PTA license is required.
• Home health experience preferred.
• Strong communication and patient care skills.
• Ability to work independently in a home setting.
• Reliable transportation & driver’s license.
• Kinnser/WellSky EMR experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction of a Physical Therapist
• Assist patients with exercises to improve strength, mobility, and balance
• Monitor patient progress and report changes to the supervising PT
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safety
• Document visits accurately and in a timely manner
• Support patient goals and functional independence
