Job summary

Atrium Health Lincoln is seeking a CT Technologist I to perform CT procedures in accordance with departmental standards. You will operate CT scanners, manage patient preparation, document procedures, and coordinate with Radiologists to ensure high-quality results.

The role requires ARRT radiology certification (or NMTCB for Nuclear Medicine) and ARRT CT registry within one year, plus BLS. It involves variable PRN scheduling, with a focus on safety and patient comfort in a busy radiology

Qualifications

• Graduate of ARRT-recognized Radiologic or Nuclear Medicine Technology program.
• ARRT certification in Radiology or NMTCB for Nuclear Medicine and advanced registry from the ARRT in CT within one year of hire required.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Verify orders and clarify discrepancies with the Radiologist.
• Prepare patients and explain procedures; document appropriately.
• Perform CT scanning and related tasks following safety and quality standards.
• Operate radiology equipment and ensure sterile technique and infection control.
