Job summary

Stern Therapy Consultants is seeking a PRN Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to support residents in Salem County, Salem, NJ. You will deliver OT services under supervision and help residents develop functional daily skills.

The role offers $35–$40/hour with PRN assignments aligned to facility coverage. Benefits include unlimited referral bonuses up to $1,000, plus teamwork with therapy leadership and rehabilitation colleagues.

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey OT license and COTA certification.
• Excellent communication and patient-focused care.
• Skilled nursing experience preferred; willing to train new grads.

Responsibilities

• Deliver OT services within the treatment plan under supervision.
• Assist residents with dressing, bathing, grooming and toileting.
• Incorporate activities to improve coordination, upper-extremity function and endurance.
• Reinforce adaptive equipment use and energy-conservation techniques.
• Observe progress and discuss concerns with the supervising OT.
• Document care and coordinate with nursing and rehab staff.
