Job summary

Stern Therapy Consultants is seeking a PRN Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for Autumn Lake at Memorial Bridge in Carneys Point, NJ. The role involves providing patient-centered OT services under supervision to improve daily living skills in a skilled nursing setting.

You will document progress, coordinate with the OT and care team, and tailor activities to residents' goals, with flexible PRN scheduling.

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey Occupational Therapy Assistant license and COTA certification.
• Strong observation skills and a thoughtful approach to resident care.
• Ability to follow treatment plans and maintain clear, timely documentation.
• Skilled nursing experience is a plus; new graduates are welcome to apply.

• Document treatment and resident responses, coordinating with nursing and therapy colleagues to support consistent care.

$35–$40/hour | PRN

Stern Therapy Consultants is hiring a PRN Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant at Autumn Lake at Memorial Bridge. In this skilled nursing setting, you'll help residents practice the skills needed for personal care and daily routines, working closely with the supervising Occupational Therapist throughout their rehabilitation.

What You'll Do

• Provide treatment within the OT's established plan, tailoring activities to residents' goals and assistance needs.
• Guide residents through dressing, grooming, toileting, and bathing practice.
