As the first point of contact, you will provide reliable information, support administrative tasks and help maintain a safe, hospitable community for seniors, while collaborating with multiple departments.

Qualifikationen

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with a multi-line phone system and professional phone etiquette.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
• Clear verbal and written English communication.
• Initiative and strong critical thinking.
• Strong administrative and organizational skills.
• Reliable attendance is essential.
