Job summary

Grand Living in California seeks a Concierge to enhance the Resident experience by serving as the first point of contact for a variety of support and administrative needs, delivered in a courteous and timely manner.

The Concierge will perform clerical tasks, coordinate activities, manage requests, distribute correspondence, direct phone calls, and interact with residents, visitors and staff under the direction of theBusiness Office Manager.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED, required.
• Customer service experience in the senior housing field, preferred.
• Ability to read, write and understand the English language to communicate with residents, family members, peers, employees, and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Perform clerical tasks and coordinate activities.
