Job summary

PACS is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily nursing care per the resident’s care plan in a post-acute setting. You will identify residents, document accurately, report changes to the Nurse Supervisor, and assist with daily activities while maintaining patient privacy and dignity.

The role emphasizes safety, proper technique, and compassionate care, with a focus on teamwork and adherence to facility policies.

Qualifications

• Must possess, as a minimum, an 10th grade education.
• Must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant in accordance with laws of the state. CPR Preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care per resident care plan.
• Identify residents before treatments and follow policies to protect privacy.
• Record entries accurately and report changes to the Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse.
• Assist residents with daily activities and mobility as trained.
• Ensure resident rooms are ready and maintain a warm, safe environment.
