PACS is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily nursing care and services to residents in alignment with care plans and supervisor direction. Responsibilities include accurate documentation, safe handling of treatments, meals, and mobility, while maintaining a warm, respectful environment.

The role emphasizes resident privacy, timely reporting of condition changes, and adherence to facility policies. Prior CPR is preferred and teamwork with nursing staff is essential.

Qualifications

• Must possess CNA license per state laws.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Strong communication with residents, families, and staff.
• Ability to follow facility policies and privacy rules.

Responsabilités

• Identify residents before administering treatments or meals using wristbands or photo IDs.
• Record entries clearly in flow sheets, notes, or charts.
• Report changes in residents’ condition to Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse promptly.
• Aide with daily living activities, meals, mobility, and transfers as trained.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information and report any breaches.
