Job summary

UFC GYM in New Jersey seeks a Fitness Sales Manager to drive private training and supplement sales while delivering exceptional member service. You will supervise scheduling, oversee coaching staff activities, and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.

The role requires 7-day availability, including mornings and nights, with a focus on achieving monthly revenue targets and maintaining high customer service standards.

Qualifications

• In depth knowledge of personal training techniques from assessment to program design, and sales.
• Must be able to operate and adjust all Fitness equipment.
• Knowledge of policies, practices and procedures, including emergency and safety procedures.
• Possesses strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Sell and conduct Private Training & Small Group Training with Members and manage client appointments.
• Coordinate with clients to arrange sessions and service visits according to availability.
• Manage scheduling records and calendar coordination for personal clients.
• Monitor club sales performance and assist in achieving revenue goals for Private Training and Supplements.
• Oversee administration and housekeeping duties within assigned areas as needed.
