Job summary

UFC Gym is seeking a Fitness Sales Manager in Wayne, NJ to lead private training sales, drive member engagement, and coordinate with the coaching team to optimize revenue from training and supplements. The role requires scheduling oversight, policy enforcement, and strong customer service to ensure a positive member experience.

Responsibilities include selling training sessions, prospecting, and managing daily operations to meet monthly revenue goals while maintaining high service standards

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Personal Training techniques from assessment to program design and sales.
• Strong customer service focus and ability to handle member inquiries professionally.
• Ability to operate gym equipment and manage scheduling and time-keeping processes.

Responsibilities

• Sell and conduct Private Training & Small Group Training with Members.
• Execute an effective prospecting strategy and generate appointments.
• Oversee scheduling and time-keeping; enforce club policies and revenue goals.
• Coordinate with coaching staff to ensure client progression and program handoffs.
• Manage member relations and address concerns promptly.
