UFC Gym in Florida seeks a Personal Training Sales Manager to deliver exceptional member service and drive Private Training and Supplement revenue. You will oversee scheduling, client appointments, and coaching staff performance, while enforcing club policies.

The role requires 7-day availability, including mornings and nights, with strong sales, organizational, and leadership abilities. A related degree and certifications strengthen your candidacy.

Qualifications

• One certification from organization recognized by UFC Gym
• Current CPR/AED certification
• High school diploma or GED
• Four-year degree in related field (preferred)
• Minimum 2 years of related experience
• Management/employee relations experience preferred
• Computer proficiency in MS Word and Excel

Responsibilities

• Sell and conduct Private Training & Small Group Training with members
• Manage client scheduling and appointments
• Coordinate with clients to arrange sessions and service visits
• Achieve monthly revenue objectives for Private Training and Supplements
• Oversee club administration and compliance with policies
• Supervise coaching sales activities and review agreements
