Job summary

UFC GYM in New York seeks a Personal Training Sales Manager to drive private training and supplement sales while ensuring top-tier member experiences. The role includes scheduling, team supervision, and enforcing club policies to hit revenue goals.

Responsibilities include prospecting, tours, and maintaining accurate client records; managing facilities, and coordinating with the coaching staff to optimize performance and service delivery.

Qualifications

• Must have minimum one certification from organization recognized by UFC Gym.
• Current CPR/AED certification.
• High school diploma or GED; four-year degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sell and conduct Private Training & Small Group Training with Members.
• Execute prospecting strategy, tours, and complete sales of staff when needed.
• Manage client scheduling, measurement tracking, and program administration.
• Achieve monthly revenue objectives for Private Training and Supplements.
• Lead and coordinate with coaches to meet daily/weekly/monthly goals.
