Job summary

UFC GYM is seeking a Fitness Sales Manager to deliver an outstanding member experience and drive Private Training and supplement revenue. This role supervises staff, manages scheduling, and enforces club policies to ensure the facility meets its daily, weekly, and monthly revenue goals.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of related experience, a high school diploma or GED (bachelor’s preferred), CPR/AED certification, and UFC Gym certification.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of personal training techniques from assessment to program design and sales.
• Must be able to operate and adjust all fitness equipment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-service focus.
• Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Sell and conduct Private Training & Small Group Training with members.
• Develop and execute a prospecting strategy to drive sales of training and supplements.
• Manage client scheduling and ensure accurate administration of programs and purchases.
• Coordinate with clients to arrange sessions according to availability and needs.
• Oversee club administration and ensure coaches meet revenue and service goals.
• Communicate policies and procedures to staff and members.
• Assist in revenue-generating activities (workouts, booths, seminars).
• Monitor daily sales performance and staff performance to achieve goals.
