Job summary

UFC Gym is seeking a Personal Training Sales Manager responsible for delivering top-tier member service and driving Private Training & Supplement revenue. You will supervise scheduling, enforce policies, and guide staff to achieve monthly revenue goals.

This role requires seven-day availability including mornings and nights, with a focus on customer experience and sales execution. Ideal candidates will have PT sales experience, management background, and a strong grasp of scheduling,

Qualifications

• Strong customer service orientation and ability to upsell services.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate staff.
• Knowledge of Personal Training techniques from assessment to program design.
• Experience in scheduling, time-keeping and club operations.

Responsibilities

• Sell and conduct Private Training & Small Group Training with members.
• Develop and execute effective prospecting strategy for training sales.
• Manage client appointments and scheduling to optimize time.
• Oversee revenue-generating activities for Private Training and Supplements.
