Job summary

UFC GYM is seeking a Fitness Coach to ensure a positive member experience, drive Private Training and supplement sales, and meet revenue goals. The role requires weekend availability and active engagement in coaching, prospecting, and member education.

You will conduct private and small group sessions, manage client programs, and maintain a high standard of gym floor presentation, while upholding UFC Gym's Train Different philosophy.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Private Training techniques from assessment to program design.
• Able to adjust and operate all Fitness Equipment.
• Familiar with safety procedures and club policies.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Positive, energetic attitude and reliable time management.
• Proficient with basic computer skills (Word/Excel).
• Ability to work weekends as required.

Responsibilities

• Sell/private and small group training sessions to members.
• Administer client programs and track workouts and measurements.
• Schedule and manage client appointments effectively.
• Support revenue-generating activities (supplement booths, workshops).
• Conduct guest tours and close sales through turnover process.
• Maintain clean, organized training spaces and floor presentation.
