Job summary

UFC GYM Miami is seeking a Fitness Sales Manager to drive Private Training and Supplement sales while delivering exceptional member service. The role requires overseeing scheduling, coaching staff coordination, and adherence to club policies.

Candidates should have strong customer service focus, excellent communication, and organizational skills, with CPR/AED certification and UFC Gym credentialing preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have at least a High school diploma or GED.
• Four-year degree in a related field is preferred.
• Minimum 1 certification from an organization recognized by UFC Gym.
• Current CPR/AED certification requested.

Responsibilities

• Sell and conduct Private Training & Small Group Training with Members.
• Develop and execute an effective prospecting strategy and close sales.
• Manage client scheduling and ensure accurate administration of training programs and supplement purchases.
• Support revenue goals for Private Training and Supplements.
• Coordinate with coaching staff to hand off clients for ongoing training.
• Oversee club scheduling, time-keeping and attendance, ensuring compliance with policies.
• Lead weekly and monthly meetings to review performance and drive sales.
• Provide tours and sign clients to training agreements and appointments.
• Assist with events, seminars, and workshops to promote services.
