Job summary

UFC Gym is seeking a Fitness Coach to drive private and small group training sales while delivering exceptional member experiences. You will manage client programs, track progress, and support revenue goals through training and supplement interactions.

The role requires weekend availability and strong customer service, time management, and interpersonal skills to engage guests and members in line with the UFC Gym training philosophy.

Qualifications

• Private Training techniques from assessment to program design.
• CPR/AED and dotFIT certifications in progress or current.
• High school diploma or GED (4-year degree preferred).
• USA Wrestling Copper Certification (for wrestling coaches).

Responsibilities

• Sell and conduct private and small group training with members.
• Assist members and encourage involvement in private training.
• Maintain scheduling records and manage client appointments.
• Coordinate sessions with clients according to availability and needs.
• Document workouts for liability and safety standards.
