Job summary

UFC GYM Whitestown is seeking a Fitness Sales Manager to drive member experiences and revenue through Private Training and supplement sales, under the supervision of the Fitness Manager. The role emphasizes delivering excellent service, prospecting clients, and maintaining accurate scheduling and program records.

You will lead club administration, set daily goals, mentor coaches, handle member concerns, and ensure compliance with company policies while achieving monthly revenue targets.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of personal training techniques from assessment to program design and sales.
• Must be able to operate and adjust all fitness equipment.
• Knowledge of company policies, practices, and safety procedures.
• Strong customer service focus with a friendly, positive attitude.
• Organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Sell and conduct private and small group training with members, build value, and re-sign clients.
• Prospect in person and digitally to generate complimentary appointments for training programs.
• Manage client scheduling, calendar coordination, and scheduling records.
• Oversee club administration, set goals, and review performance with the team.
• Handle member service matters, tours, and coaching department offerings.
• Ensure compliance, proper policy enforcement, and timely follow-ups.
