Job summary

UFC GYM Whitestown, IN is seeking a Fitness Coach to deliver outstanding member service through Private Training and supplement sales, with at least one weekend day required. The role emphasizes a positive member experience and achieving revenue targets.

Responsibilities include selling and conducting private and small group training, guiding clients through programs, maintaining training spaces, and following UFC Gym policies.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of Private Training techniques from assessment to program design.
• Must be able to adjust and operate all Fitness Equipment.
• Knowledge of company policies, practices, and procedures, including emergency and safety procedures.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Friendly, enthusiastic, and positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Sell and conduct private and small group training.
• Assist members and promote involvement in training.
• Maintain accurate client program records and supplements.
• Schedule and manage client appointments.
• Support revenue-generating activities like booths and workshops.
• Ensure safe and effective training sessions.
• Keep fitness floor clean and organized.
