Job summary

UFC GYM - Whitestown, IN is seeking an MMA Coach to deliver top-notch member service, private coaching, and supplement sales. You will drive revenue through private training packages and supplements while maintaining a welcoming gym environment.

The role requires weekend availability and adherence to UFC Gym standards. You will report to the MMA Manager and interact with members daily to foster a positive, results-driven experience.

Qualifications

• CPR/AED certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Sell and conduct private and small group training with members.
• Assist members and encourage involvement in private training.
• Manage client programs, supplement purchases, and track workouts.
• Be punctual, prepared, and attentive for training appointments.
• Support revenue activities like supplement booths and seminars.
• Achieve personal monthly revenue objectives for Private Coaching and Supplements.
• Conduct starter sessions and prospecting activities.
• Maintain facilities and training spaces in neat condition.
• Follow policies for payments and the Employee Handbook.
