Job summary

InstaSwim is hiring private swim instructors to teach in clients' homes and community pools across the US. You set your own schedule and get paid within 24 hours after each lesson. You can choose which clients to work with and travel to local locations.

Qualified instructors have at least 2 years of experience, are 18+, hold CPR/First Aid (or willing to obtain), and have reliable transportation. US work authorization is required.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• Must be based in the US and have US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor student's progress and adapt lessons to meet student's and clients' needs.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for our students and clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
