Job summary

InstaSwim is seeking professional private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools across the US. You set your own schedule, choose clients, and get paid within 24 hours after each lesson.

Requirements include at least 2 years' swim instruction experience, CPR/First Aid certifications, 18+, reliable transportation, and US work authorization. You will travel to local locations and be insured under InstaSwim's liability policy.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• US work authorization required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients' pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons accordingly.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for students and clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
