Job summary

InstaSwim is seeking professional and experienced private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools across the United States. You set your own schedule while we supply the clients, and you can get paid within 24 hours after each lesson.

We offer local travel, liability coverage, and regular client matches based on your area. To qualify, you need at least 2 years of swim instruction, CPR/First Aid, US work authorization, and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• CPR and First Aid certifications or willingness to obtain.
• Reliable transportation.
• US resident with work authorization.
• Background check clearance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons.
• Provide a fun, tracked learning experience for our students and clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
