Job summary

InstaSwim is hiring private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients’ homes and community pools across the US. You set your schedule and choose clients; payments are issued within 24 hours after each lesson.

Instructors travel locally, with liability coverage provided by InstaSwim. Requirements include 2+ years of swim instruction, 18+, CPR and First Aid (or willingness to obtain), reliable transportation, and US work authorization.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• US work authorization required.
• Professional and positive attitude when working with children and adults.
• Ability to create personalized lesson plans and complete background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule lessons with flexibility.
• Travel to clients' pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student.
• Assess progress and adapt lessons as needed.
• Provide a fun, tracked learning experience while ensuring safety.
