Job summary

InstaSwim is seeking experienced private swim instructors to teach in clients' homes and community pools across the United States. You set your schedule, choose your client matches, and get paid within 24 hours after each lesson.

We cover insured safety and provide client opportunities in your area. Requirements include at least 2 years of swim instruction, 18+ age, CPR/First Aid (or willingness to obtain), reliable transport, and US work authorization.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• US-based with US work authorization.
• Professional and positive attitude, especially with children and adults.
• Background check clearance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to clients' pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each students ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons to meet needs.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for our students & clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
