Job summary

InstaSwim is seeking experienced private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools across the US. You set your schedule and can be paid within 24 hours after each lesson.

We cover liability insurance and provide client matches based on area and availability. Requirements include at least 2 years of swim instruction, 18+ years old, CPR/First Aid (or willingness to obtain), reliable transportation, and US work authorization.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• Based in the US with US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons to meet needs.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for students and clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
