Job summary

InstaSwim is a national private mobile swim lesson company offering private lessons in clients' homes and community pools. Instructors set their own schedules and earn $40–$70 per hour, with payments processed quickly after each lesson.

Travel locally and join a supportive network with onboarding within 24–48 hours after interview. Must have 2+ years of swim instruction, be 18+, hold CPR/First Aid (or willing to obtain), and have US work authorization with reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be based in the US with US work authorization.
• Reliable transportation.
• Background check clearance.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor student's progress and adapt lessons to meet student's & clients needs.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for our students & clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
