Job summary

InstaSwim LLC is seeking professional private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and pools within your area in the United States. You set your own schedule, and InstaSwim provides clients and coordinates onboarding.

Earn $40-$70 per hour, with payments processed within 24 hours after each lesson. Must have 2+ years' experience, be 18+, and have CPR/First Aid; travel locally and maintain safety. Join a growing network of instructors delivering fun, personalized lessons.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• Must be based in the US and have US work authorization.
• A professional and positive attitude, especially when working with children and adults.
• Confidence in creating and delivering personalized lesson plans.
• Clear a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients' pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor student's progress and adapt lessons to meet student's & clients needs.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for our students & clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
