Job summary

InstaSwim is a national private mobile swim lesson company hiring professional private instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools across the US. You set your schedule, travel locally, and can be paid within 24 hours after each lesson.

Requirements include 2+ years of swim instruction, age 18+, CPR/First Aid or willingness to obtain, reliable transportation, US work authorization, and a background check. Earn $40–$70 per hour lesson.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• Based in the US and have US work authorization.
• Professional and positive attitude, especially with children and adults.
• Confidence in creating and delivering personalized lesson plans.
• Clear a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients' pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student’s ability and learning style.
• Assess student’s skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons accordingly.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for students and clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
