Job summary

InstaSwim is a national private mobile swim lesson company seeking professional instructors to teach in clients' homes and community pools across the United States. You set your schedule, and payments are processed quickly after each lesson, with flexible travel options.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of swim instruction, CPR/First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain), reliable transportation, and US work authorization. Earn $40-$70 per hour with great autonomy.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation and US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients' pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons accordingly.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for clients.
