Job summary

InstaSwim is a national private mobile swim lesson company offering private lessons in clients' homes and community pools. You set your own schedule and we provide clients, with payments processed within 24 hours after each lesson.

The role requires at least 2 years of instruction, CPR/First Aid, reliable transportation, and US-based work authorization. Earn $40–$70 per hour with flexible local travel and fast onboarding.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Reliable transportation.
• US work authorization.
• Professional and positive attitude, especially with children and adults.
• Ability to create and deliver personalized lesson plans.
• Clear a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients' pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student’s ability and learning style.
• Assess student’s skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons accordingly.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for students and clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
