Job summary

InstaSwim is a national private mobile swim lesson company seeking experienced instructors to teach in clients' homes and community pools. You set your schedule, travel locally, and earn $40–$70 per hour, with payments processed within 24 hours.

We provide clients and general liability coverage while you deliver personalized lesson plans and ensure safety. Must be 18+, have CPR/First Aid, and be US-based with work authorization.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.
• Based in the US with US work authorization.
• Professional and positive attitude around children and adults.
• Ability to create and deliver personalized lesson plans.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for students and clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
