Job summary

InstaSwim is hiring professional private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools. You set your own schedule and travel to nearby locations. Earn $40-$70 per hour per lesson, with payments processed within 24 hours. Must have 2+ years of instruction, CPR/First Aid, and US work authorization.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• Based in the US with US work authorization.
• Ability to create personalized lesson plans.
• Must clear a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor student's progress and adapt lessons to meet student's & clients needs.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for our students & clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
