Job summary

InstaSwim LLC is hiring professional and experienced private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools in your area. You set your schedule; InstaSwim supplies clients, and payments are issued within 24 hours after each lesson.

Earn $40-$70 per hour with flexible travel locally. Requirements: at least 2 years of swim instruction, 18+, CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain), reliable transportation, US work authorization, and ability to deliver

Qualifications

At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
Must be 18 years of age or older.
CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
Reliable transportation.
Based in the US and have US work authorization.
Professional and positive attitude when working with children and adults.
Ability to create and deliver personalized lesson plans.
Clear a background check.

Responsibilities

Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
Travel safely to and from clients pool locations.
Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
Assess student's skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons.
Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience.
Ensure safety of the student at all times.
