Job summary

InstaSwim is hiring professional and experienced private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools across your location and surrounding cities. You set the schedule and get paid within 24 hours after each lesson.

We supply clients and add you to our general liability policy, with local travel and quick onboarding. Requirements include at least 2 years of swim instruction, 18+, CPR/First Aid (or willingness to obtain), reliable transportation, US work authorization,

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• US-based with US work authorization.
• Professional attitude with children and adults.
• Ability to create personalized lesson plans.
• Background check clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule lessons with flexibility.
• Travel to client pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons accordingly.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for our students & clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
