Job summary

InstaSwim is seeking professional private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools across your area. You set your own schedule, choose which clients to work with, and get paid within 24 hours after each lesson.

Applicants should have at least 2 years of swim instruction experience, be 18+, CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to obtain), and have reliable transportation with US work authorization. The role offers flexible local work and InstaSwim liability coverage.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• US-based with US work authorization.
• Professional and positive attitude with children and adults.
• Ability to create and deliver personalized lesson plans.
• Cleared a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients' pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student’s ability and learning style.
• Assess student’s skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons accordingly.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for students and clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
