InstaSwim is hiring professional private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools within your location. You set your own schedule and work with the clients InstaSwim provides, earning payments within 24 hours after each lesson.

The role requires at least 2 years of swim instruction, 18+, CPR and First Aid certifications, reliable transportation, and US work authorization. You will create customized lesson plans, ensure safety, and travel to client locations while

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• Based in the US with US work authorization.
• Professional and positive attitude, especially with children and adults.
• Ability to create and deliver personalized lesson plans.
• Background check clearance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel to client pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student.
• Assess student skills and progress; adapt lessons.
• Provide a fun, safe learning experience for our students and clients.
