Job summary

InstaSwim is seeking professional private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients’ homes and community pools across the US. You set your schedule, we supply clients, and you’re paid within 24 hours after each lesson.

Qualifications include 2+ years of swim instruction, CPR/First Aid, US work authorization, reliable transportation, and a positive, professional attitude. You’ll travel locally and be insured under InstaSwim’s liability policy, with opportunities to grow your private teaching

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• Must be based in the US and have US work authorization.
• Professional and positive attitude, especially with children and adults.
• Confident in creating and delivering personalized lesson plans.
• Clear a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons as needed.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for students and clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
