Job summary

InstaSwim is looking for professional and experienced private swim instructors to teach swim lessons in clients' homes and community pools across the United States. You set your own schedule, choose which clients to work with, and receive payment within 24 hours after each lesson.

We require at least 2 years of swim instruction, 18+ years old, CPR/First Aid (or willingness to obtain), reliable transportation, and US work authorization.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• Based in US with US work authorization.
• Professional and positive attitude with children and adults.
• Clear a background check.
• Ability to create and deliver personalized lesson plans.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients' pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student’s ability and learning style.
• Assess student skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons accordingly.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for students and clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
