Job summary

InstaSwim is seeking professional private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools across the United States. You set your own schedule and choose which clients to work with, earning payments within 24 hours after each lesson.

Requirements include at least 2 years of swim instruction experience, 18+ years old, CPR/First Aid or willingness to obtain, reliable transportation, and US work authorization.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Must be based in the US with US work authorization.
• Reliable transportation and access to private pools.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule lessons with flexible availability.
• Travel to clients' pool locations safely.
• Create personalized lesson plans for each student.
• Assess progress and adapt lessons as needed.
• Ensure a fun, safe learning environment.
