Job summary

InstaSwim is seeking professional private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools across the US. You set your schedule and get paid within 24 hours after each lesson.

Instructors will travel to client locations and provide personalized, safety-focused instruction. Requirements include at least 2 years of swimming instruction, 18+ age, CPR/First Aid (or willingness to obtain), reliable transportation, and US work authorization.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years or older with US work authorization.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• Able to create personalized lesson plans.
• Based in the US.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel to and from clients' pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student.
• Assess student skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for students and clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
