Job summary

InstaSwim is looking for private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients’ homes and community pools across the region. You set your own schedule and can choose which clients to work with, getting paid within 24 hours after each lesson.

We require at least 2 years of swim instruction experience, 18+ years old, CPR/First Aid certs (or willingness to obtain), and US work authorization. Travel to local pools and a positive, professional attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18+ and US work authorized.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation and equipment as needed.
• Based in the US and able to travel to clients’ homes or pools.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule lessons with flexibility.
• Travel to clients' pool locations.
• Create personalized lesson plans.
• Assess progress and adapt lessons accordingly.
• Provide a fun, safe, and engaging learning experience.
• Ensure student safety at all times.
